Meet Our Leadership Team
Tom is President of Innovo Staffing. He joined the team after 20 years in various senior management roles throughout multiple industries. Tom began his career in banking and financial operations working for a multinational financial services institution. Tom then held management positions for an entertainment and media conglomerate in their print, TV and internet divisions. During this time, Tom was focused on business development, mergers & acquisitions with considerable time spent performing due diligence on various businesses nationally. Transitioning to the startup and online space, Tom launched and led various ventures where his expertise included raising capital and developing growth initiatives for nationwide expansion.
After successful divestiture, Tom joined a healthcare services organization where he developed their strategic vision resulting in the highly profitable sale of the company. Tom’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for early-stage companies, combined with his tenure at Citibank and Tribune Media, allow him to fully understand Innovo’s client needs. Having hired and managed a significant number of employees, Tom has gained enormous insight into what goes into hiring critical roles in an organization, while his business insight and financial management experience provide the ideal staffing solution for all parties during the placement process.
Tom is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with degrees in both Economics and Communications.
